How to Setup Custom Domain on Blogger with GoDaddy.com





Blogger allows you to Navigon coordinate with any area name. To start you must to do your GoDaddy space to point Google's servers. This main instructional training will control you collate with screenshots and directions to do it easy for you. 


Blogger Custom Domain on GoDaddy


  1. Buying a section name from GoDaddy.com. The section name is not free but further, they cost around 10-12$ every year. As buying assure that you don't purchase the supporting or site manufacturer bundles from GoDaddy as these are not needful for setting up a Blogger blog. 
  2. When you have purchased your preferential section name, log in to your GoDaddy account and go to the dashboard

     4.  Go to the "DNS Zone File" Area and click on "Add Record"





    5. Perform in the details for the CNAME record as shown in the image and click "Add Another" 




The details to operation are :  : 
Record Type : CNAME 
Host : www 
Points to : ghs.google.com 
TTL : 1 hour


    6. Currently, need to do 4 more records in a similar method. The points of behalf to top off while doing the records are as below.

At once done, you will see only 4 records under the A Host area and these will be: 



Every other A record is shown below the A Host areas with Host value set to @ should be erased using the Delete icon under Actions(This action is very important)

  7. Now click on "Save Changes 



You are now done with GoDaddy settings. You now need to build your Blogger website to spread to this new section.

Publishing BlogSpot blog to Custom Domain




1. Login to your Blogger Dashboard and go to Settings > Basic and click on the Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog - Point your own registered URL to our blog.


Add your Custom Domain URL and click Save Button









Blogger needs us to do another CNAME record on GoDaddy to verify that you are the owner of the space.









3.Now click on the "Edit" link next to the Blog Address 





Now choose the redirect Option and save the settings Once again




4. Now your blog will be visible in your new domain.
